We offer free shipping worldwide on new jewelry orders over $185. For repairs, size adjustments, and stone replacements, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. International deliveries are handled by FedEx or DHL. Please note that any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
The manufacturing process for custom jewelry takes between 7-21 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided for customers to monitor their shipment's progress.
If the customer receives the jewelry and it remains unused and in its original packaging, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we offer either a replacement piece or a full refund.
